Frequently Asked Questions

Are you accepting pets now?
Please contact us to check before making plans or traveling to our facility.
What does private cremation include?
Your pet is cremated alone. The service includes a wooden urn, a clay paw print, and a cremation certificate. Pickup, returning ashes, and extra memorial items cost separately.
Can my family say goodbye and watch the cremation?
We offer a private goodbye appointment, followed by a live video of the start of cremation. The video covers only the beginning. Contact us to arrange a visit and discuss any fees.
Can you pick up my pet after hours?
Evening, holiday, and other after-hours pickups may be available for an extra charge. Please call to check availability for your location.
What is cremation?
Cremation is a way to care for a pet who has passed away. It uses heat, and your pet's ashes can be returned if your chosen service includes this.
What are the cremation options?
Private usually means your pet is cremated alone. Partitioned means pets are cremated at the same time but kept apart by dividers. Both may include returning ashes. Communal means pets are cremated together and ashes are not returned. Names vary, so we can help you understand your choices.
My pet has passed away at home. What should I do?
We're sorry for your loss. Call your provider for help with pickup or bringing your pet in. If you are unsure whether your pet has passed away, call a vet right away.
How much will it cost?
We can help you understand the full cost before you decide. Ask what your chosen service includes, such as pickup, an urn, keepsakes, and returning your pet's ashes.
When will I get my pet's ashes back?
We know waiting can be difficult. Timing depends on the service and location. The team caring for your pet can tell you when to expect their ashes and how you'll be notified.
Can I have a paw print or another keepsake?
A paw print or a small clipping of fur can be a way to remember your pet. Ask before cremation or aquamation so the team can explain what is available and any cost.
Can I make plans ahead of time?
Yes. When you're ready, you can talk with your vet and care provider about your wishes. They can help you choose a service, discuss keepsakes, and record your plans.
